Roger Blackwell Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan A. Ayers as Director of Consulting Services. Alan Ayers brings over eight years of practice in project and change management, process and systems development, financial analysis, organizational design, knowledge management, and strategic consulting services. Experience includes the Auditor of State of Ohio, Nationwide Insurance, and the Consumer Goods Practice of Accenture, where he supported a diverse set of clients including ALLTEL, Bank of America, TXU, Transora, Philip Morris, Miller Brewing Company, and Internet start-up ventures.
Roger Blackwell Associates, Inc. is a strategic marketing and business management consulting firm that provides services in branding, demand chains, e-commerce, and sustainable value creation to clients of all sizes and industries. Alan Ayers will be responsible for developing new clients and managing consulting services performed by the firm, and will work directly with President Roger D. Blackwell, Ph.D., who is considered an authority in Consumer Behavior.
Alan Ayers is a certified Project Management Professional by Project Management Institute, an FAA-licensed Commercial Pilot, and is currently a candidate for the Certified Public Accountant credential in Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was initiated to the Phi Beta Kappa honorary, a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Mississippi, where he was a John N. Palmer Fellow, and a Masters of Accountancy in Audit and Controllership from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, where he received the prestigious Pacesetters Award and coordinated the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
